Taylor’s Farm is based in Lexington, TX and specializes in seasonal vegetables and herbs grown with organic practices. They never use pesticides, chemical fertilizers, hormones, or genetically modified seeds. They have even gone as far as to verify that none were used on their land in at least three years prior to their ownership. That’s how you know you are getting quality produce. Life on the farm is picturesque and all the animals are as happy as can be. The cattle feed on grass and receive organic minerals with free choice. The pigs are pastured and supplemented with non-GMO, soy-free feed. The laying hens peck about freely on 6 acres with guardian dogs, getting most of their food from foraging. Most importantly, the animals are treated with respect and humanely handled. Not everyone wants to be a farmer, but everyone deserves great food.
